Terrible experience – avoid this company at all costs!
I strongly advise anyone thinking about working with this company to read reviews from people like me who’ve had real experience with them. They lie throughout the process and once the job is done, they hit you with unexpected extra charges and deliver your goods incomplete. Worst of all, they never take responsibility – they always say it wasn’t their fault.
Before signing the contract, they’re super friendly and act like everything will be fine. But as soon as you hand over your goods, their behavior changes completely. When my shipment arrived, several parts were missing – including parts of the suspension and a support leg. They also damaged parts of my shipment and charged me an extra €1200 for no valid reason.
Please, do not trust this company. They are dishonest and unreliable.

Hello,
I am writing to formally report an issue with my recent order. I mistakenly left a positive review before receiving the package. However, I was misled by your store: I paid for one product, but you sent something different. The elevators I ordered are 20 cm shorter than specified. As a result, I am unable to complete my work, and I have been informed that you cannot accept a return.
This situation is unacceptable, and I request an immediate solution, either a replacement with the correct product or a full refund.
